Hi, I’m Gail Harrison and I established Learning Excellence in March 2007 following a really interesting and varied career in the Travel & Airline Industry and the Legal Profession. With over 20 years’ experience in a variety of different roles spanning Customer Service and Operations, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing and the Learning and Development division of Human Resources, I have a deep level of knowledge, experience and expertise in the areas of Management and Leadership development, Behavioural Change, Change Management and Coaching.
I am passionate about helping teams and individuals navigate personal and professional change effectively so that ultimately they achieve what they want in the most authentic way possible.
Being a very pragmatic individual myself, it’s really important for me that my workshops and 121 sessions make a tangible difference so I take a very practical down to earth approach, helping people to discover solutions which work for them.
I spend time with each customer upfront to understand needs, desired outcomes and preferred approach. If I can help I will make recommendations and we can work out the best way forward. If I don’t think I can help, I’ll be honest and tell you and whenever possible I’ll make some suggestions around what I think you need and who might be able to help you.
